The basic parts represented by fasteners are not only the basic industry of China's equipment manufacturing industry, but also the important foundation of national economic construction in all fields.

During the 12th five-year Plan period, the inventory of construction machinery products such as loaders, excavators and rollers will reach 6 million units, with annual sales of about 50,000 units. According to this estimate, the annual demand for high-strength fasteners will be about 20,000 to 30,000 tons.

In recent years, although the state has given some support in technology introduction, technological transformation and scientific research and development, there is still a big gap between the current market demand and foreign level, which is embodied in: few product varieties, low level, unstable quality, high early failure rate and poor reliability.

During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, while maintaining part of the cost advantage, the industry must rely on technological progress, quality improvement and new advantages such as cost-effective products to achieve sustainable development.

The total output of the industry is expected to reach 7.5 million to 8 million tons by the end of 2015.

In the general situation of expanding exports, export products will show ups and downs of growth. It is estimated that the average annual export growth rate during the 12th Five-Year Plan period is 8% ~ 10%, and the total export volume of the whole industry will reach 30 billion yuan by 2015.

At present, domestic fastener factories, limited by funds or other reasons, mostly use domestic and Taiwan equipment to produce automotive fasteners. In order to ensure the dimensional tolerance and shape tolerance of large-scale production fasteners, online monitoring means and mold production level should be increased.

Eliminate the unqualified products in production, so as to ensure the assembly quality of main engine factory and whole car factory.

Under the huge market demand, how to ensure the orderly development of China's fastener industry will be the main problem it faces.
